The CASEE Board invites all potential project leaders of initiatives in education, research and capacity building that include a minimum of 3 CASEE members (of different countries!) to submit proposals for promising new initiatives in line with the overall network objectives and stipulated areas of cooperation.

The next Call for the CASEE Fund for Incentive will be published in autumn 2019.
Call for applications 2019
In 2019 the CASEE network has the opportunity to provide a total funding amount of 10.000 € (depending on regular membership payments). This year educational (e.g. curriculum development, summer school, joint students´activity...) and joint research projects (incl. joint doctoral projects) are eligible for funding. The call is open from 19 November 2018 to 10 February 2019.
Supported activities:
The fund could e.g. cover
- meeting costs (although video-meeting or use of ERASMUS staff mobility funds to cover meeting costs are encouraged)
- salary costs (only for additional staff with specific tasks in relation to the proposed project)
- cost related to publication of results (e.g. open access)
Projects supporting the EU strategy for the Danube Region and having a bio-economic focus are especially welcome.
The CASEE Fund for Incentives will not fund ongoing activities. A project may therefore not receive CASEE funds for more than 3 years. The first year the CASEE Fund for Incentives may co-fund 50% of the budget; the second year 30% and the third year 15% of the budget.
